PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING

Portable Appliance Testing or PAT Testing Is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.

Enviro FWA’s Portable Appliance Testing Operatives perform portable electrical appliance testing throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland, helping our clients meet their Electricity at Work Regulations.

It is recommended that all employers and landlords ensure that all electrical equipment is adequately tested and safe to use, whether in the office, working from home or new equipment.

The UK Health and Safety Executive and insurance companies will require you to perform PAT tests in commercial settings to comply with various health and safety regulations.
